use the rest on either HP or END+ or a combination of the two

Special Abilities:
FCP lvl 2
Exact Counter Damage+ lvl 1
Attack Range+ lvl 2

Attribute proficiencies :
All a MF can use

Weapon Style:
Elemental Weapon/Arms

Shield Style:
Ragan's Breath/Force (others would probably be better for specific situations/missions but for the most part Ragan's is the way to go for MF)

Extra Styles:
Two times or Trusty Partner if you have Ethan/Tylor and like NPCs
