The only time I would ever use neutral is if the weapon itself is very hard to find in decent percentages. For example an ohga-misaki or ragan-ragan.

For everyone that uses weapons and armor even a 1% weapon is better than a think about it.

Since my Favorite color is Green, and PSU is so easy I wouldn't mind just making a neutral pallet of Hunter weapons, but I'd still wear Elemental Armor.

only true if they have the same grind, AND you are facing an enemy of the opposite element.

Neutral weapons are terrible. If you want to save money just make sure you have one of every element on your pallete until you get enough money to make sets. People who use neutral weps/armor just gimp themselves and are not as effective as someone who uses appropiate elements during mission.

Minor, I hit alot harder with 50% weapons than I do with 10/10 0% weapons. Also everyone with neutral weapons think it is better when it is not.

I Dont Really See Whats The Deal With Elemental Armor.. I See It As A Minor Boost To The Element. And A Flaw To The Oppisite Element. Is All Around. =3

it still does not do 1.5 damage increase or anything close to that i think it is around 1.2 or something( if that much? i may be wrong since i never bother worry about crunching the numbers for the damage formula) with a 50%, they nerfed the formula a while back when AOTI first came out,

but, i never cared about grinds or percentages when it came to gear (but, i suppose that is just the kind of man i am) because in many ways the game is easy enough using 'horrible' gear, that it seems pointless to have top notch gear unless you completely suck or just want to gloat at how 'awesome' & 'elite' you are

all i was saying is why do people get peeved that someone doesn't focus on everything they do, it is not like it effects them

it is the same thing with 'bad' race/class combos, oh well
