what classes can use whips?

Ok i started yesterday im lvl 13 and i was wondering this were can i buy whips what classes can use whips how much do they cost and what lvl do u need to weild

Wartecher, acrotecher, fortetecher. Buy diragacs. Incapacitate effect. Only 300k.

if not diragacs then get Vish Adacs they stun and immoblizy the targets. For A rank whips I like the Vish Kusebs because they Freeze the targets.

Acrotechers uses S rank whips, but their PA lvl can only reach Lv20
Wartechers uses A rank whips, thier PA lvl can reach lv30
Fortetechers uses A rank whips, but their PA lv only reach lv10 ( I think)

all can get the PA lv higher if you use AP pts to lvl them

Wartecher, acrotecher, fortetecher, like stated are the ones I remember anyway. And they are probably all super cheap.

Yeah, i think that Fighgunner or Acrofighter should get it.

Whip is kickass, but i wouldn´t go as far as change to Wartecher or worse to use it.
Mostly, i guess i liked it because of PS:P.

I just think it's unfair how whips and slicers are the only two types of weapons in the game that aren't "shared" (as in, more than one class can use the S-ranks). They're exclusive to Acrotechers and Acrofighters, respectively.

I think it would be pretty fair if Sega gave Fortefighters S-rank whips, and gave Fighgunners S-rank slicers. That makes the most sense to me.
