Default Physical Copy or PSN Download?

Which will you be choosing, and why?
    Benefits to each?

Personally, I'm torn between the two...

I'd rather have the physical copy, but to be honest, it would be nice to not worry about disk rattling around or getting damaged in the future.

Im going to get the UMD version, just because I want a case+manual (I love those things in my shelf), and I prefer to use UMDs over Digital Copys for no good reason.
But people says that the PSN version have less lag when changing weapons on battlefield.

EDIT - Also, the UMD version will come with a code, you will need to put it somewhere ingame to get online.
The PSN version will automatic put the code for you.

Keep in mind that the PSN store does not update until 4PM - 8PM EST. So, if you plan on buying the digital download version, you will have to wait a little bit longer compared to buying the UMD version.

The only real benefits of having the physical copy is to have the game...
    Like for collectors purposes only.

The digital download is much faster, even if you do the data install from the disc.

I'll be getting digital, since my UMD drive doesn't work anyway.

    UMD Good:

    - Let friends borrow game.
    - Able to be sold to retailers/other people.
    - Doesn't take up much data even with data install.
    - Physical copy of the game. (People's preference)
    - Little booklet on the inside.

    UMD Bad:

    - Can be scratched / broken.
    - Disk will need to be changed when you want to play something else.
    - Can be stolen.
    - The game Lags for 3-5 seconds, even with data install, when switching weapons. (This is probably the biggest bad thing about this and really is what separates the two)
    - Manual entering of the online code that comes with the game to prevent pirating.

    Download Good:

    - No lag like mentioned above with weapon swapping in battle.
    - No need to go to the store to pick one up.
    - Do not need to swap UMD's to play, you can just leave a UMD of another game in the tray and play this without switching.
    - PSN name is automatically flagged to be allowed access online mode.
    - Cannot break or be lost.
    - Loading is slightly faster, even when a UMD has data install.

    Download Bad:

    - Game download can become corrupted, and might need to re-install / re-download.
    - Takes up roughly 1.1-1.5 GB's on the memory stick.
    - Can't be sold, traded, borrowed for the most part, down the road.
