Where do I find this item?
The psupedia says it can be found with level 100+ enemies in Galenigare Canyon area - but when I looked at the 2 missions in this area...I didn't find any that contained level 100 enemies...?

It was during one of the Protectors alpha or beta + events.

I'm happy to have a 50% fire one, not so happy that it's 2/2.
Yeah we wont see those again for a while. Same goes for Gudda Honc and Vish Fearac boards.
