After you finish the whole story you can

Oh okay. Do I then just go to "Story Missions" and Chapter 2 will be there?
I can't confirm that but I'm sure someone who has played the JP version will answer soon.

Once you've finished story mode you'll be given the option to redo the chapters at the mission counter.
Hard mode will also be available for choosing.

Apparently using the goggles (L and direction on d-pad) tell you what way to go for that mission.

first...when you see the red flame wall just pass through it...more depper you will find a dark flame wall and a free path next to it...go for the clear path....then you will encounter another "Y" path ...smash the rock in the middle and it shows an arrow go to the opposite direction...then inside the cave take the path with the purple flower ...and voila...s rank
