Please help, with the BBP file it comes in .rar form, do i change it to .cdi for DJ and .nrg for nero? cuz nothing is workin(i did try renaming but i dont wanna waste anymore CD's trying it again)

Here's help for you. Go to www.sega.com click on Store then Search for Phantasy Star Online. Once you find it, buy it. Its $49.99. This way, you won't have a problem getting sued for piracy.

to convert it from .rar download winrar from www.winrar.com. its like winzip, only supports more filetypes.
