I'm going to try and make things clear, so there's (less of a chance that) people end up misunderstanding my posts.

I am excited to see a PSO2, and synthing will be better of they take out the chance to fail, and having your PM at 100 striking would mean that there's less time needed to make a striking weapon, and the same would go for other types. I do agree that mags were broken in PSO, especially when you had help transferring a good one to a new character/did it in split screen on PSOX/GC. I'm trying to not get my hopes up, seeing the as to SEGA did, after all, mess up PSO (at the very least BB) the same way the messed up PSU: Lack of updates (after a while, I guess), too little care about what happens (I wonder how many bans SEGA even handed out on PSU? And surely on PSO, too many hacks...), and some other things that'll come back to me later. I really do love PSO, and as stated, I am excited for PSO2, but...I'm just not that faithful that SEGA will be able to start strong, and keep it that way. Time will tell, I guess.

This is pretty much excatly it. I know some of you folks are excited about the possiblity of a new PSO and for that I can feel the same but, Sega sadly I do not seeing doing a damn thing to even support this title.

    Awesome news.

Haven't posted or even lurked here in ages. Had to change that for this.

It's been a long time, but I can't help but feel a little exited by this. PSO was and still is the best online game I've ever played.

I enjoyed PSO, other games I tolerated.

Maybe it was because of the unique times or the people I was playing with, I don't know. But then again, sometimes I wonder... would've things been different if it had been any other game? Some things in PSO are still, by their effect or so it seems, ahead of their time.

I truly wish they don't mess this up, by catering to the common MMO design and making it to something that it's not.

    I hope for the best.

Really cool. I do hope Sega supports this game to the fullest. I grow sad at news of server closures and what not. May this be a new opportunity to change the face of PS with some dedication.

@All who're hoping for the best (not to sound mean, although I probably will...)\
I think we're all hoping for the best, just some of have different levels that mean "the best" from SEGA. I seriously hope they follow through with what they did when I first got to PSU...What I mean by that is, updates common enough, cool events (although I missed firebreak D8...) and all of that. But yeah, SEGA...they end up going downhill, from what I can tell. I'm taking an extended break from X360 for these reasons:
    PSU 360
    Some guy I've known
    I may put more later.

As someone who used those words... Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. You'll never know what you're gonna get from Sonic Team or Sega. But, given the right place and time, this might turn out well. Assuming of course, they're doing the proper justice to this (which they should by the way) and not trying to gather mo' money.

EDIT: Slightly on a tangent... It's a different thing to work on a "PS expansion for the PSP", than it is to make PSO2. Developers are human too. Your need to go to extreme lengths to make it happen, the way it should happen, is completely on a different scale. Assuming you're not a jaded a**hole. Or maybe that's just me.

I agree with you, but let me tell you how I interpreted your post, and you tell me if I have it right, if you want to.

The develpors who are working for SEGA (or any company who needs them) can only do so much, and not much more than they're told/allowed to do. So even if they WANT it to be better, SEGA and other companies have the right to tell them "No, this is good enough", whether it is or not.

Did I get it right? ;p

    Talking WoW! I cant wait!!!

For those who haven't seen it, Here is a lil trailer for it! Enjoy.

And here is some video from the Tokyo Toy show about it!

Now this is something I can wait for!

    P.S.
What would be even more cooler, if this game was a launch title with Sega's new system!! (I wish)
And I miss that music from the Dreamcast games!
And sorry guys, but I don't have time to translate it cause I have to get back to work! Sorry!
