I'm not happy. The only reason I bought a PSPGo was to get this game and now I'm being penalised by Sony for buying their latest model!

The one thing that they could possible be testing is the little wing licence not being needed as of yet. Everything else though, not so much sense.

um.. whether or not you have a pspgo I'd have gotten it on PSN (I have a psp200 and i did). Quicker load times/weapon switching.
PSP2:
KBling - Human Male Vanguard lv. 15
KBling - Newman Male Force
I keep mine permenatly switched to my US account now. The UK Euro store is garbage anyway. Just buy the PSN cards online, most people will email you them as well.
This late in PSN's life, is the slow review process for EU store really something new? Really?
I asked about the testing for you guys, just to find out exactly what it was. It sounds like it's a required thing from Sony, and not as much SEGA specific.
It's no fun but I can believe it, as there were similar policies in place constricting us with the PS2 version of PSU. Every single update, after finally being localized, had to be delayed an additional two weeks for their required testing. The PS2 actually delayed content across all versions of the game in a number of instances because of this.
What was ironic was that it only applied in the US/Europe, but not in Japan. Each branch has different policies, I suppose.
