Sound Macros (Question)

Ok I have been playing around with my sound macros.
They all work just fine outside the mission or in my room.

But, when im in the mission the sounds on the macros ive set dont work.

Im confused to why this is because In the past I believe ive heard others use the sound effects before.

Anyone got any idea atall?

Also could anyone provide the link to the macro list?
(if there is one)

Um if you click on the image reference page, i know it is difficult to read some of them. But that should help you out.

If you read the entire thing it also explains how some effects and voices can be used only in missions while others can be used outside of missions.
