You also might benefit from PMing Ruby here with information like character name, partner card name, and partner card number. I only suggest this because I'm not sure how well Sega's help email will help at the moment. What not to do is post any of that info publicly.

I would take pictures of their cards showing impossible data, but I can't be bothered playing with one just to do so.
