Is it just me or do multiplayer and online seem to have alot of lag?

Not correct.
Nothing against you but I don't really know why there are always a bunch of unnecessary threads with questions which can be simply answered or stuff can be simply found.
PSPedia2 is the page you just need to go.
Again, nothing against you but to read kind of the same threads (new threads like I said before!) over and over every day is not real fun in my opinion.

They don't. All small enemies are not synched. Or maybe they are rarely synched. Bosses are synched. This is to reduce lag and keep the damage cancel away.

From my understanding PSP2 is using a 'Diablo' style connection in which the creator of the room becomes the 'server' and everyone else is dependent on the host's connection. If the host has a poor connection, then you will have horrible lag.

Sitting on top of the router won't help with this type of lag unfortunately. I recommend hosting your own games.

Yea, it seems fine when I join the room, but once I'm in a mission it lags pretty bad, especially
when I try to change weapons. Then eventually the server drops my connection. I don't understand, I don't lag often on this game but now its excessive.

Always have probs with lag .... for it is a greater enemy than the triple threat shizurus

It depends on who the host is for me. I can lag horribly with 2 other people, or run silky smooth with a full party.
