If the stats are above 500 ATP on +10 I will agree on that; otherwise, it's garbage to me, lol. As far as I know, the best twin sabers for AF are Elysions (best power wise).

JP servers are way more than 1 year ahead of the XBox 360 servers. :3
Back in the end of October there was an update that rebalanced some photon arts, including Tornado Break, which had a boost in power, accuracy, and an increase of 2 targets in the 1st part and 1 target in the 2nd part.
