Question minna, Err I downloaded the Gundam off shoot costume via media go, now after downloading it , I am stuck and I don't know where will I place it ( i know how importing works) but I am not sure if I will just copy paste it or where will I place the raw file. help anyone?

Sealed Nodachi is Sealed j sword(PSO)
and it was unsealable
after you unseal it the name turned to tsumikiri j sword
i dont know why it isnt unsealable in psp2i

Thanks Alisha, but I think I need to decrypt it first because the file is totally different from the ones inside the game folder, for example, the Bionic parts file looks like this ( HslkfjHksdj.pkg) and the the working ones are like these (DLM.EDAT)

You get it from Gurhal Heroes and kill 3000 enemies
It's an end-of-run reward for S ranking GH infinity rank (multimode/online only). It is very very rare. Not sure if Cham ever got one in the end :/. Like Miki said, 3k kills with it are required to unseal.
Almost 10 years later. Still forever sleep deprived.
