Which game do you recomend psp or psp2?
Does the item data base(weapons, armors)on this page is the same for both games(psp and psp2)?
PSP and PSP2 have different drop rates and different drops for each game. PSP2 and PSP2i are technically the same game with PSP2i having two episodes and adding in a fifth race being Dewman/Dumen.
PSP2 and PSP2i are the games with an online infrastructure mode as opposed to PSP's ad hoc for multiplayer mode.

PSPo2i was never released in English. So no. However, DeviFoxx did create an excellent translation guide which can be found here: http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=188224
I can't speak for the PSPo2 online English community at all nor can I Infinity's as I rarely visit and mostly play solo. But I hear traffic is decent.

good ways to level besides magashi plan
i know magashi plan is the best for xp but the mission is so boring and gurhal heroes is really good but that multi path kinda gets me confused and i have to end up fighting df dios im using a level 169 cast ranger
