Do any of the Max attack infinity missions allow npcs or any of the event missions? I think the festival allows 2. I think alts give out tickets and i'm saving them up.
Yes. MAI missions allow you take 2 NPCs/S cards at the max just like Festival. NPCs and S cards dont give u tickets. The only things u will get from NPCs and S cards are either weapons or PAs, most likely PAs.

To be more specific, characters you create (rather than a friend's S-card) give you the tickets if you include them into your party. S-card partners only offer PAs or extend code fragments.
Oh ok. I dont have alts high enough to party with my main to get the colored tickets.
