That's a biomaterial. If you're playing on the free course (which I'm sure you are), you don't need it. Anything on the 5th and 6th pages you don't need I believe. 5th page is all materials, which can't be used in the free course since you can't synth items in it. Also, the 6th page is for room decorations I believe, which also can't be used in the free course.
