They're quite huge. When fired, the guns shoot out four bullets (however still hitting twice like regular twin handguns).
Without Long-Range Bullets equipped, the range is fairly short.

Dual Double Strong Cannons can drop from Zasharogans in any infinity ranked free missions that feature them (RA only) . You may also try your luck with an IM that has El-Bals Mountain as the setting and Parum enemies (Table 4).

For better luck, you might want to try the current GBR, 飛来者の記憶, under Clad 6 free missions.

At long freaking last.. Dark Meteor Shot from MAI2 reward screen last night.

Which lead to.. second rebirth on my Cast. The continued Heart of Poumn hunt and unsealing of the DMS can wait until levelled up again. ATP and ATA now maxed with splatterings in HP and PP to boot.

They're going to make it too easy with all these GBRs and Gurhal Heroes shenanigans... time to grind!
