And...my bad...I misread the title, lol. The shield comes from just guarding Olga Flow's Second form blade attack (or that's what I understood from the reading...sry, I have horrible japanese knowledge ><)

Nah, it comes from guarding the falling blade in the cutscene. Once you kill Flow, wait until the moment when the blade comes flying out, then quickly hold down on the analogue pad for 3 steps (use the sound effects as a guide). That should put you right on the blade's landing point.

So it's similar to, say, perfect guarding the Dragon as it falls once dead. Good to know
