Requesting help with PSU JP xbox controller settings

Hi everyone I am Terror and I am hoping someone can help me out here.
I played on Phantasy Star Universe for awhile on Xbox live but now I'm on my PC
More and want to give the JP servers a go buts its hard with a keyboard.

I was wondering... Is there any way I can make it so I can play the game with the same controller settings as xbox live psu?
If not can anyone give me the best recommendations for configuring the controller settings since everything Im unable to read in the option menu?
I would appreciate the help.

PS...
I don't know why but Xpadder if bugging me a bit as well...
Im running windows 7 and for some odd reason Xpadder isn't doing no good for me.
