Please Help!

I just recently purchased PSU again. I have the game, the expansion, and a guardians license. When i try to start playing AoI it takes me to the loading screen and thats it. I waited 15 minutes on the loading screen hoping it would eventually go but it hasn't. Im wondering if anyone else had this problem and if so how did you correct it? Thank you

try re downloading AOI.Or hard drive space may be cramped. Or when it asks on the tab that pops up if you want to play AOI click yes.
