Gameguard Error?

Is the CD installation/setup version of PSU JP obsolete?
I get some sort of game gaurd error while trying to run it and was wondering if it was absolutely necessary that I download the client from off of that PSU JP website.

I figured I'd save some time and use the disc version that I bought 3 years ago to play psu jp with instead of taking the hours downloading all of the files from the main website.

Hmm, I think it should work, if you let GameGuard update itself. Also, try shutting down any program that might be recognized as a potential harmful program by GameGuard (Fraps is one of them). I believe GameGuard gives that error when it detects something that it doesn't like.

Yea thanks for that, I restarted my laptop and it works fine now.
