That is definitely never going happen, a game doesn't just go from pre-alpha/alpha to release in only 1 month.
Also, according to the PSO2 website, those who are participating in the alpha lottery will only be notified if they'll be able to participate in the test or not around mid-June, with the alpha test being sometime during the summer.

This game is not coming out this year. There's no way. The alpha test is during the summer....which only leaves 2 quarters of this year to finish developing the game, get to beta status and host the test (which they will, they're almost required to for an MMO), advertise, blah blah blah.



Like i said when they announced the first PSO2 trailer...if this game is being released this year, it's almost destined to be medicore. If not downright trash. Unless they've been working on this for much longer than a year...which i somehow doubt heavily based on what's been shown.

edit: Sorry, but going from Alpha in the summer to Retail in the winter is just too big a jump for me. There's no way they put any real effort into something they rushed that quickly, just no way.
