SO im stepping up to the plate. I have seen CPS's But that thread has not been updated since 2008. Im working on a Card exporter software now that allows someone to enter the Information and it will export it into a card. I am Basing the card design on the Cards released with the Sammy Keyboard with some minor changes.

Ill have a mock up card tonight hopefully.

Actually, I think there is another party that's making a PSO card game. It seems to be based off of different rules than ep 3, though.

Because the in-game cards often have from 3 to 8 sides. The promotional cards provide a format to have all the information on one side, and there is already precedent for it.
