Gameguard error EVERYTIME!

Every time i try logging on my account, no, everytime i try to load up a game this error always appears!
Please someone help! i want to play!

disable your firewall and etc and it should allow you to go through. or add gameguard to exclusions list. if that helps at all

The error says that Game Guard is already running.
