I normally get billed the following month for any previous transactions.
The normally show up in my online statement then disappear and reappear at the beginning of the following month with that foreign payment fee :/

What can they charge you $130 for?...twice? Are you talking about Guardian Cash possibly? If that is the case...that could be a big problem
Cheating is just an admission of personal inadequacy.
