PSP2 Loading screens really slow?

So I don't know if it's my PSP or the game, or if this is normal..
But when I get into loading screens, such as when entering a mission.. It loads very slow and/or freezes sometimes.. Some missions are slower than others but still..

Anyway, just wondering, does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

I have no idea what install data is.

You can install a some of the data to your memory stick. Look around the main menu. Using this can speed up your load times but you need a bit of space on your memory stick.

No. It should be on the Title screen for the game.

So, I found it.. I've started it.. but it's just stopped at 50%..
I'm pretty sure I have enough space..

I don't really think that will help with the loading times that much. I've had it installed and uninstalled and it was almost same, couldn't tell the diference if there was even some to begin with. With UMD cache off by the way.
