1)Is this a new issue? Have you been able to run Tier 6 properly before this?
2) What exactly do you mean by "distorted images"? Do you have a screenshot showing the issue?
3) Are your GPU drivers up to date?
4) Also, do you have LAW applied (if you don't, this may be the reason why you get "distortions" when alt+tabbing)?

If it isn't just an issue related to LAW, then you will most likely need to upgrade your GPU. A GTX1050 is pretty budget and a fairly big upgrade from your current GTX750.

1) nope. I have not being able to run T6 properly since day 1 of this game.
NOTE: I have changed a few cards , however , its still the same with the latest being the 750GTX

2) Its intermittent so I do not have MY OWN SCREENSHOT , however , I found something on google that is similar

Yeah, that looks like an issue caused by not having Large Address Aware active (ie. the game cannot access more than 2GB of memory which causes those graphical glitches).
If you use the Tweaker, you can enable LAW by going to "Other Tasks" -> "Enable Large Address Aware" and then you can make the Tweaker automatically enable it after each update under "Tweaker Settings."
If you don't use the Tweaker, you can enable LAW using this (stick it in your pso2_bin and run it as admin any time the game updates).

If that doesn't work, then you need to upgrade your GPU to be able to use Tier 6.

Sorry to disturb but when I used PSO2 to auto select my grahpic settings..

I noticed that it set the textures to high and the shader to normal..

any reason why ?? its a 750GTX as mentioned
