Cannot Connect

Every time I attempt to connect to Phantasy Star Universe from the AOTI expansion pack I get a message saying that I cannot connect to phantasy star universe servers and that it may be undergoing maintenance. I was a previous subscriber to PSU and have never had this trouble before. I renewed my membership during the maintenance period for both the game and websites. Can anyone help.

Reset your router

or try this

Go to your XBox Network Settings and change your DNS numbers.

Primary change to 4.2.2.3
Secondary change to 4.2.2.4
