Any know any really cheap office supply places?

Does anyone know of any really cheap office supply places? I'm looking for large (3"-4") binders, preferably not the flexible ones. Walmart, KMart, and Staples all want over $10 each for them (which I think is insane for what they are). Amazon doesn't seem bad, asking $7 for a 3", but does anyone know of cheaper?

Ok, so Staples apparently does have some cheap 3" ones, now to hope they have them in my store tomorrow.
