Any program that allows you to create a ZIP file of your save file should be fine. So, yep!

The funny thing is I learnt the conversion process from here a long time ago. No idea where that guide is now though.

That said, if the people who I've helped converted don't mind, please sent me a PM or something once you've confirmed the save works. Just realized I forgot to double-check all the conversions I did before today <.<

Also, I read somewhere that the conversion process can screw with your "EXP To Level Up" value under certain conditions, turning that value into your Max EXP for that one level up. Never encountered it before personally so does anyone know more about this?

    When requesting save conversions:
    1) Archive the save file folder (PSP\SAVEDATA\NPJH50043 or ULUS10529 or ULES01439 for JP/US/EU respectively)
    2) Upload to a free file host (MF, MU, etc). File should only be about 500KB+.
    3) State the conversion you want (US>JP or EU>JP, etc)

This was a problem with PSP1, I think. One version of the game needed less experience to get to level 100 than the other did so when people converted their saves, they broke the level cap.

Well, here's to hoping it stayed with PSP1.

    Btw, US > JP.

    Thanks a bunch

Do you need the entire USUL10529 (Whatever) folder or just the SAVEDATABIN info?

I was wondering if I could get a US > JP conversion done on mine for the demo? Thanks in advance. I wasn't sure what was needed for the conversion so I just uploaded the whole folder.

Last time I used a random SAVEDATA.BIN with my own PARAM.NFO, it came up corrupted. So yes, I think I'll need the entire ULUS10529 folder :x
