You seem to be all right. I've had this game about a month after it was released in NA. I'm surprised I've been playing it on and off for almost two years now. I currently don't have weapons you would want for that Gigas Romulus or I would've thrown that in before. Good luck with the trading scene in PSZ on PSO-World. I think you might have better luck here than over on Gamefaqs because there's about 10 or so active PSZ players around right now.
As long as both offers for the Gigas Romulus have been rejected, then I'll ask you to look through my trade list for something/s you might want for it. Not trying to be rude, but I'm not sure how extensive your pickiness is. I've got a Lv4 Slow Zero Saber, tons of rods, and a Dioskuroi with 31/0/0/36/41.
I recently acquired a Divine/Mind if that could be of any interest.
