I played all the missions but I don't see Colonel Sanders.
Since no one has answered this yet, let me be the first to say that you are posting this in the wrong section, Phantasy Star Portable and related is the section under PSU. He appears randomly in a secret area shown by a rainbow colored teleport right before a boss portal.

U can find him on a secret area on any beach quest with Geer Zog boss.
You can also find a warp to KFC rarely in any Clad 6 mission with a boss. Happened to me a lot recently.
Safe to assume kfc replaced pizza shack for clad 6 and pizza shack only appears on moatoob missions? the only times i've had rare areas in clad 6 were with kfc.Originally Posted by IsaacGravity

^ Yeah I noticed. So does this mean that the Naura Confectionary is locked to Neudaiz? I'm asking because the only times I remember running into the place is when I actually bother to run a mission on that planet and get lucky.
The cake shop shows up on Parum too.
Oh thank goodness. I have more incentive to hang around Parum enemies than Neudaiz's
