playing video games like RPG kind or shooting means you are bored. from what i heard from my psychologist. my psychologist says reading a book or taking a brisk walk out side is more productive then playing video games.

Might I add that your psychologist is paid to say stuff like that. By you.
I remember she/my psych would force me to say "I can do it" when i would always say i cant. when i know i can. and now i can. on the positive side!
I play PSP2 and kill stuff while grinding Military Subway or I go read.

Planning to replay PSU (ep1 and 2) for story and gameplay, PSZ and PSP2 offline mode Only Also I'm keeping my FC for psz up though the Network Mode is closed.
When I'm bored I sleep or try to text or browse the web with my phone when the oppertunity for sleeping doesn't present itself.
I really don't think playing videogames is unproductive as it's just as cognitively engaging if not more so then reading a book, plus it's your way,(well my way) of blowing off steam which I think everyone should make time for.
