Is Blade Destruction worth using now?

I took a couple of months break from JP PSU for a while and when I came back, I heard about the Assault Crush nerf which lessened the power and range. In order to make up for the damage decrease, my friend suggested to use the twin claw PA Renzan Seidan-ga but I couldn't find any good A-rank twin claw weapons to use it with yet. Since I'm playing only a Beast Lvl 108, AF 20, I was considering using Blade Destruction since I heard it got buffed and I have some good A rank twin sabers.

BD is more bearable now, since it gained targets compared to the original set of hitboxes range it had, but Twin Claws PAs like Sougacho(for boss raping or anything with more than 3 hitboxes) and Renzan Seidan-ga(for casual raping) are still better if you want a better damage output.
