No, Eulidveil and Euladaveil ARE rare, but they're unimportant rares, like Goldix and Tormatibles. They can spawn with other rare enemies, but alone, they don't get the special "rare variant" of the battle theme played when they're out. Vespao, though, he is just a straight-up uncommon, though.

EDIT: On another note, the rare theme doesn't play for Arkzein R's either. You are all now aware that the rare variant of the Arca Plant music only plays itself in the Eternal Tower.
Are you certain that's true? It could be just an ever so slight change you might not notice it... I have to hear this for myself. :/

Next time I come across an Arkzein R I'll be sure to pay attention and let you know. I'm almost certain that I've heard the higher pitched theme in the Eternal Tower though. Ask WuBing; his Humilias count is ridiculous.
Yes, but it's hard to recall a song whose sound is merely a pitch or two higher than normal that still pretty much sounds the same... :/

I found it quite easy, but maybe thats just me. I remember hearing a high pitched Arca theme, but then again, I haven't ran the tower in months. Norco or other Hardcore Tower runners may know the answer.
I personally adore the Rare theme in Rioh Snowfield. Sometimes when I'm not online, I just play around with the Hildegigas so I can hear the music. The only problem is that the Rioh rare theme is the (2nd) rarest because:
-The music only plays for one type of spawn, and this is arguably the rarest non-bossroom spawn in the game: Hildegao/Hildeghana/Hildegigas (also the ONLY spawn in the game capable of awarding 6 boxes in a single wave).
-Every other rare spawn in Rioh involves the Usanimere, which plays the Christmasy Rappy Theme.
-Even if the Hildegigas spawns with Usanimere, the Rappy theme will play instead.
Every other area besides Arca and Rioh seems to be tied for 3rd when it comes to rare theme probability.
