Soul banish

Alright so i know that the soul eater is a quest item. And that soul banish is a stronger scythe, but is soul banish hard to get?
i havnt ever hunted for one and maybe its easier than i thought but the thing i know about it is that its a weapon mainly found in episode 2.
Maybe Im wrong but isnt it like soul eater just stronger,I dont know what the difference is beside the stats and effects.

Soul Banish - drop from Ultimate Ep II - 350-370 ATP

Soul Eater' - 180-185 ATP

Also, different specials. Soul Eater drains HP and basically gives you Berserk as a special, whereas Banish's special is a Level 7 Megid. Level 7 Megid won't kill a thing, imho.
