GUARDIANS Chronicle 4
* As compensation for the emergency maintenance that was done on February 24, GUARDIANS Chronicle 4 will be extended by two weeks. It will now end on April 5, 2012.

March Special Week
* From March 22, 2012, through April 5, 2012, the following missions will feature boosted EXP, PA EXP and drop rates:
-- Secret Base (Galenigare Basin to Underground Lake)
-- SEED Awakened (HIVE #3 to control room)
-- Red Hot Jungle (Ajis Kugu to Galenigare Mine)

New Moatoob free mission
* Secret Base C-S4: Reports have come in of rogues occupying a RELICS site discovered under the West Kugu Desert. Kick them out of the ruins before they take off with the highly-valuable relics inside!

Seasonal lobbies
* Spring lobbies will be up until April 12, 2012.

Updated missions
* SEED Awakened will receive difficulty S4.
* Red Hot Jungle will receive difficulty S4.

System updates
* The following PA adjustments will be made:
-- Gravity Strike: Overall power increased. Part of the attack of part 1 will cause knockdown.
-- Infinite Storm: Overall power increased. PP consumption decreased at LV11 and up.
-- Spinning Strike: Overall power increased at LV21 and up.
-- Rising Strike: Part 1 will hit three targets.
-- Buten Shuren-zan: Overall power increased. Part 1 will hit three targets.
-- Hikai Shuha-zan: Overall power increased. All attacks will hit three targets.
-- Shunbu Shouren-zan: Overall power increased. Part 2 will hit six targets.
-- Shousen Totsuzan-ga: Overall power increased. Overall attack range increased. Part 2 will hit three targets. Part 2's blowaway effect will be changed to knockdown.
-- Senten Kanzan-ga: Part 1's power increased. Part 1 will hit three targets. Some of part 1's attack will cause knockdown. Part 2's power at LV41+ will be increased. Part 2 will hit four targets. Part 2's range will be increased. Part 2's effect will be changed from blowaway to launch.
--Bukuu Saien-zan: Overall power increased. Part 1 will hit four targets. Part 2 will hit six targets.
* High-grade metals will drop from high-difficulty AOTI missions.

Item updates
* New items will be added including Gabridant (claw) and Blitz Fender (machinegun).
* Casino rotation.

Oh Single Weapon PA updates...This will truly help out the hybrids!

Still waiting on the Double Saber PA updates but the Saber PAs are actually hitting hard now for a change.

Infinite Storm and Shousen got pretty much doubled. Shousen especially, I have it around lv20 here and it's nearly 200%, while on Xbox it struggled to hit 110% at level 40.

Now I need to level Shunbu for its one-hand Acrotecher's Jabroga effect. As if whips weren't enough.

The one thing that's surprised me above all else is that they didn't give Spinning Strike a second (or even third) target... Even if it was just for the second part. They've been nonsensically increasing all the other single target moves (Assault Crush, more recently Gravity Break and the ubiquitous Renzan, even parts of Redda got targets back) with the exception of this and Bogga Robado. I was sure they were getting round to making all PAs undeniably awesome.
