Premium problem JP PSU

I went premium like 2 hours ago and i keep getting a game error. this is not a network error! it finally showed a english version of the error and said something about it cant read some part of the game. I had this problem when i got the game key but it only lasted for about a half hour. i signed up for monthly and i cant stay on the game even 5 minutes any1 kno what is wrong. i cant read the error cause its in JP text can someone help me out plz

i fixed it i had to restart my pc that fixed the problem
