I know what you're talking about, maybe it's a Caseal thing but if the accessory was part of the pre-set body from the preset body sellection i can't remove it in the accessory stage and the accessory itself is actually greyed out in the selection pallet
Was the cause for near-death the character herself or the caption I gave for her?
Perhaps you could post a screenie so that the CAST players can help. I'm a fleshy so I wouldn't know.

it turns out it was a glitch with a specific character. I deleted her and tried again second time round it allowed me to remove that which I couldn't before.
How are most of you guys bench marking so low?
