    Question Music Discussion

Well, I've decided that I want to play some of the background musics from PSO Episodes I&II, but I don't know where I would go about obtaining the sheets. Wanting to start with Tricktrack part 1. Would anyone be able to help? Preferably within a day or two, because I'd like to learn it by the 24th. Any further discussions of music can also go here because there doesn't seem to be a thread for it yet.

This could be an interesting thread. I wouldn't mind having the sheet music for some of these songs too.

I'm gonna see if I can find accurate MIDI versions of the songs. If I can, I'll be able to convert them to sheet music.

Not quite. I need MIDI versions of the songs in order to convert them. I haven't found any yet but I'll keep looking.

Okay. Thanks for this. There's not a way to convert from mp3 to midi? Also, I've got my brother searching as well, and he's stupid good with internet searches. I once told him about a picture I found and he had a link to the manga it was a bonus art for within 30 seconds.

Nope. You can convert MIDI to mp3, but not the other way around.
Someone will have needed to write the song in MIDI format first, and so far, I haven't found any at all.

Thanks, but that's nowhere near all of the music, and the particular songs I'm looking for aren't on there.

I would also be able to write them out in sheet music, but that would probably take a lot longer.

Tried converting a pso song to midi, after it's done it needs alot of cleaning, not getting rid of all those tiny sounds makes the song horrible, so horrible you can't even recognize the song anymore.
I tried some filtering and the song got close to the midis avaiable on the website i posted on my 1st post, but still, it's horrible.
A midi usually doesn't have many sounds, but since the conversion checks the entire spectrum, it basicly places 10 or more sounds in the same place, it becomes a mess and i have no idea on what should i remove or leave to make the music recognizable.
