Trouble progressing through story...

Hey, so I've completed both of the yellow matter board quests and got the event where shion talks to me, but when I went to the quest board, the only story quest I had available was the one I had already done (chapter 0) at the beginning of the game. Is there something really obvious I'm missing? I've done all the other missions available to me and several other matter board quests after the two yellow ones. Any help?

Also, sorry if this was already answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find anyone else who was having this problem.

i wonder if the matter board quests are even a requirement. i think most important is the quests from koffie to unlock more maps. koffie is the right at the right counter next to the regular map/quest giver

That quest is the right one. But after you exterminate the Dagan's, go left to find another area and you'll complete Chapter 1.

Hopefully you wont get stuck like my characters because after the chapter I still can't get Koffie's client orders!
