No, that was the video previously released for the Closed Beta we just had.
Ah, I see... I didn't see most of those weapons and PAs though...
Then again, I only played the closed beta for about a week.

Those PAs were there but yeah a lot off the weapons weren't, that was the point I was trying to make.
Weapons shown in the Open Beta video potentially won't even be in the Open Beta.

I think some where Super Rare since some things are listed under the Jp site. Now I'm not saying they where there, but that possibly does exist and seeing some of them in Random's for small amount of time. The other PA's could of been NPC gift's.
Im hoping for a rediculous amount of uber rare items, and items in general. I dont want this game being so basic that everyones running around with the same weapons. Would be nice if it fits each players style. I hope they bring back daggers of some sort, Im kinda sad that they dont have that as far as I have seen for now.
Hopefully they bring back units too. I know they technically have units, but i think those are considered "armor". But I mean something with slots so we can put units inside them. I need a variety of builds, gear setups, etc...
