Minor Mouse Issue

Occasionally, my mouse gets stuck in one area of the screen. Attempting to leave this "area" makes it look like the mouse hit a wall: say it gets stopped on the right, the mouse will hit the "wall", then depending how I move it, is free to move up, down, or left. After a few seconds, the mouse "frees" itself.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix it? Follow lesson 1 and reinstall the driver?

The mouse works 95%+ of the time, so I'm not too concerned until I go back to gaming more and it "gets stuck" during a critical moment.

I've had that issue at one point with my current desktop. I just uninstalled the drivers and let it reinstall, there has not been an incident since.
