Charge PP Revival charging faster?

With skills like Flame Tech S Charge, which shorten the charge times, or rather "speed up" charging for Foie techs.. would that increase the speed of your PP regain as well with Charge PP revival?

PP regeneration is fixed, minus one or two situations. The only thing PP Revival does is allow it to keep ticking up while you attack. If you have Flame Tech S Charge, you're "getting less PP back" per Tech because you're throwing out more within the same amount of time.
