Resta does 0, Zonde techs do 1 damage

So since todays emergency maintenance all of the forces I know cant heal with Resta anymore, it does 0 damage instead, also any zonde tech does only 1 damage on any enemy

I'm guessing this is a server side problem rather than a problem with their setup? Have other people been experiencing this too?

Yup, no resta for me either, it's rather annoying!
