What kind of Fo/Te build to get?

I'm about to use another all tree reset pass but I'm not sure what to get.
I hear Photon Flare is crap but to me it looks like 20 points for 20% damage to all techs, regardless if charged or not (and including healing) and even boot dmg if I should go Fo/Bo for whatever reason.
The only downside it's only 45 seconds with a 100 second cd.

Also, T-atk high up is effectively 6% dmg boost for 5 points, no?
For Te I'm not really sure what to get, I got max light boost for some grats techs and max dark boost pretty much only for Namegid.

Is use this on my caseal: http://goo.gl/Ft3Mf1, because she never plays TE/FO, so I could do without Shifta Strike and Deband Toughness. Having two elements fully mastered on one tree is really awesome.

My dewman is much more of a casting specialist and I have one tree for each element on him, so this is what I use: http://goo.gl/TUQfIA. He plays both FO/TE and TE/FO, which is why I have skills exclusive to both classes, which you should not get if you never play TE/FO.
