Today i bought red staff from auction he was +3,i did him +5 and try to sell, but i can't do this because he was invisible in the list of sales.Dunno what problem is.

Rares can only be sold if you've never equipped them before.
Once you equip them, you can't sell it in My Shop nor Trade them.
