Don't quite know exactly what your question is querying, however if it's knowledge you need, I'll give what I have relevant to your question: if you synthesize an element onto a weapon that already has another element on it, it will always be of the level of the element that was on it previously. If it has NO element on it, it will always become a Level 1 element (unless it is a Taxion/Luxion/Tachyon Gun, in which it can be anything from Lv1 to Lv5 if elementless). Everything else is 1->1, 2->2, 3->3, etc.

In simpler terms the attribute level says the same and cant upgrade using another element of the same name like you would with a grinder.

Now this is the story all about how

He said "To learn about the humans in the town if Dairon"
