Had a few questions regarding AC and premium

I just added 3000 ac bought a premium ticket and a scratch ticket. I believe I activated the premium ticket and I cant access myshop yet. Does it take a while?

Also bought 1 gold scratch card to check it out and I have no idea where it is in my inventory or how to redeem it

It's instant. Are you sure you've used the premium ticket? When you buy it, it goes to your storage. The first option when you click the ticket, uses it.

Are you sure you activated the Premium Ticket(When you buy AC stuff, it doesn't go to Inventory, it is in storage) and not a Motion/Accessory/Hair Ticket from Fun Scratch?

Ok my premium did go in the storage for some reason but I activated it now.
